Social media you can’t live without: We use social media for our business, but I could live without other social media apps. I do like to use photo stream for sharing pictures and comments with friends and family.

Best career advice you ever got: There is always something more important going on, so relax, even when what you are working on seems critical.
How you give back: I support Wilmington Christian School by serving on the school board. I also serve at my church in Hockessin, Trinity Community Church.
Your biggest challenge: Not only ensuring that we grow as a company, but that we retain the ability to take on new opportunities while still establishing processes for the routine of our business.
Work-life balance technique you recommend: As much as possible, I try not to bring my computer in the house, so I can spend time with my wife, Wendy, and son, Matthew, in the evenings. Also, I try to play golf once a week.
