The information you provide in this form will be used by our judges to select the 40 honorees for the 2017 award. Typically, this is the only information the judges see on your nominee, so the more detailed information you provide, the better chance your nominee has of winning. To be eligible, a nominee must have been born in 1978 or later, and live and work in Delaware.
WHO CAN NOMINATE?
Nominations can be submitted by a co-worker, business associate, friend or family member, or individuals can self-nominate. We suggest that you let the nominee know that you plan to submit his/her name, so that you can get additional details to make the strongest nomination.
HOW WILL THE NOMINEES BE JUDGED?
Delaware Business Times’ editorial team along with a panel of judges (often former winners) will review nominations based on the following areas:
- Early career success – Has this person stood out from their peers?
- Entire career potential – What has this person shown so far that leads us to believe they will be a significant contributor to Delaware business community for years to come?
- Commitment to the community and philanthropic endeavors
- The thoroughness of the nomination
