Social media platform you can’t live without: My wife will tell you that I am addicted to Facebook, and she is probably right. I rely heavily on Facebook in my professional life to connect with customers, promote products/events, and to stay connected in my personal life.
Your biggest break: My biggest break was the opportunity to manage the family business at such a young age. This is something I was very passionate about, and it was a huge honor to be trusted with that responsibility: to preserve and grow something that four generations of my family has built over 80 years.
Two words that best describe you: Passionate and engaged.
Work /life balance technique you recommend: When working for your family business, it can be tough to find a good balance between work and home. The two tend to cross over a lot. I’m lucky to have a career I love, so work doesn’t always feel like work to me. When I do get away, I return feeling refreshed, reenergized and refocused.
If you were in charge of Delaware: I would devote more resources to the City of Wilmington, to fight crime, and poverty. It would be my mission to see the city return to a center for the arts, commerce and entertainment.
