EDis Company announced today the upcoming groundbreaking of the Back of America Greenville Financial Center on the corner of Route 41 and Centerville Road.

Bank of America will occupy two-thirds of the 60,000-square-feet office building. The rest will be rented out to other companies.

“This is undoubtedly the best corner in the county and we are excited that it is now a financial services hub for the Greenville, Hockessin, and Chester County corridor,” EDiS CEO Brian DiSabatino said in a press release.

EDiS will operate as the builder. Buck Simpers of BSA+A Architects designed the building.

DiSabatinio said the groundbreaking is expected this month with occupancy in early to mid-2018.
