Carman Auto Group

Drive around most parts of Delaware, and you’ll see Carman Auto Group on billboards, magazines and bumper stickers, not to mention the dealerships themselves. There are plenty of reasons why Carman Auto Group has been filling Delaware’s roadways with cars for 45 years, but customer service is at the top.

“To compete requires many processes to ensure customer satisfaction. As our ratings on Google reviews demonstrate, we do achieve a very high level of satisfied customers,” Marketing Manager Brian Giacchino said. “Our five-star award-winning dealerships offer child’s playrooms, internet cafes, and full-time service shuttles to the entire New Castle County.”

Carman has made a number of improvements over the years, including in paint mixing, computer alignments and the implementation of an online service scheduling app. On the floor, salespeople are well-trained in hybrid and electric vehicles, safety, fuel economy, comfort and innovative styling.

Outside the dealerships, Carman executives and employees are involved in several charities. These include donations of nearly $9,000 to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society over the past six years, as well as vehicle donations to the American Red Cross and the Blood Bank of Delmarva. The company is also involved with Habitat for Humanity, the Delaware Air National Guard and the Societa da Vinci of Delaware, which raises and distributes funding for scholarships, grants for education, arts programs and family assistance.
