Social Media you can’t live without: I enjoy Twitter (@Incnow); it’s short and to the point while fun and professional.

Your biggest break: Meeting Lynn Williams, a founder of the Delaware Nature Society, who recommended me for the Delaware Natural Areas Advisory Council. That’s led to many other conservation activities, which I enjoy.

Best career advice you ever got: Get all the education you can; it’s light to carry around and no one can take it away from you.

How you give back: Coaching rowing and helping about a dozen nonprofits and professional organizations.

Your biggest challenge: Paper.

Networking group you use the most: The American Bar Association is a superb network. I can see why it is the second largest professional association in the world with 400,000 members.

Work-life balance technique you recommend: The key is finding food for the soul. You need to discover what enriches you, and usually that involves giving back. I also enjoy rowing: it’s incredible exercise that clears the mind. When you are on the water, nothing else matters.
