Mark Zuckerberg, founder and CEO of Facebook, will testify in the the Delaware Court of Chancery today in a case involving how much power he can retain as he and his wife Priscilla Chan divest their shares in the company over the span of their lifetimes.

His goal is remain in almost unilateral control of the company, even as he sells off his shares in the company for the sake of charity. To do this, he devised a three-tiered system that gives certain stocks more weight than others.

Zuckerberg took some time during his visit to talk to local officials about disaster response.

He was also spotted in the region Sunday night, picking up cheesesteaks from Pat’s Steaks in Philadelphia.
