Gov. John Carney will walk through communities in all three counties today to bring attention to state investments in communities. He will stop in Wilmington, Dover and Milford between 9 a.m. and 3:15 p.m., visiting housing investment, talking walking tours and joining a roundtable with local business owners.
The governor will tour the Mid-Town Park construction site in Wilmington, where a new luxury apartment complex is rising. He will tour the Wilmington Creative District and visit housing being redeveloped by Interfaith Community Housing of Delaware.
He will walk through Dover beginning at noon at 212 North Governors Avenue and ending at the Grey Fox Grille at 140 South State Street. He will attend a luncheon roundtable with local business owners.
He’ll be in Milford by 2:30 pm. for a walking tour that will begin at 1 Park Avenue and conclude at 111 North Walnut St.
