How have you helped your organization (or partners) acquire, retain, or engage new talent?
PrideStaff has partnered with almost 100 companies and placed more than 500 associates over the past 3.5 years. We have an 85%-plus retention rate for all direct hires and temp-to-hires; our client retention and repeat business is 95%-plus, and we’re on track to grow the business to more than $2 millon in gross revenue in 2019.
We support clients in professional services placements including but not limited to accounting and finance, medical and dental, customer service and call center representatives, administrative, distribution, manufacturing, production and logistics.
How are you measuring your results?
We have clearly laid out new hire acquisition goals of 12 – 15 per week across all jobs. In addition, all staffing consultants and myself have attained the “Certified Staffing Consultant” (CSP) designation. This helps the team ensure that all HR compliances, both state and federal, are adhered to consistently. We recently moved from KPIs to OKRs (objectives and key results). The difference: KPIs are “just goals” while OKRs are “goals with heart.” It allows the employee to set stretch goals and the time frame
to achieve them, promoting ownership, leadership and teamwork.
